Adding video to SWF files (standalone app)

We have an application which creates SWF files from PDFs. We now need an application which will allow a user to easily include a video into a SWF. Parameters: - SWF files (either on local PC or on network drive) - FLV (either on local PC, network drive or webserver) Desired application behaviour: User runs application - selects SWF file where to add video into - selects FLV from local drive or inputs URL to video - video is placed on SWF - user can move and resize video - user can select from 2 different video skins (needs also to be designed, skins should be able to be extended Behaviour of video (which should be selectable by the user) 1) - Player shows up as a pop-up only when a video icon is pressed (video player shall be draggable) 2) - Video player is directly on the page - Action script code for automatic rewinding, etc. needs to be included - When finished, output SWF is replaced with original SWF (backup is made previously) - User can test playing the video in swf Limitation: - FLV Playback component cannot be used, but Actionscript 2 code for video player is already avaialble Our current application is written in Delphi and or / C++, so this applicatios also requires to be writtn in C++ / Delphi, so we can integrate it in our application (source code is required). Application for now shall be a standalone app.
