Business Stationary and Logo Design

I am in the process of setting up a company and would like the following: 1) Logo Design (all formats, vector and different variations) 2) Letter Head design 3) Business Card Design The logo must be available in the following formats.... EPS, JPG, BMP, AI, CDR, TIF and PSD These logos must be available in colour and grayscale and must look good in both. Please state with your bid: 1) Your bid for the logo, and staionary design 2) Turnaround time 3) Type and length of support given 4) Number of revisions 5) PLEASE PROVIDE EXAMPLES OF LOGOS YOU HAVE DESIGNED AND CONTACT DETAILS eg URL and examples Please note that the letter head design must be editable in word and also the logo should be easily edited by me if needed THE LOGO MUST BE VERY PROFESSIONAL, UNIQUE AND EYECATCHING. ALSO MUST BE ORIGINAL AS THIS IS FOR A VIDEO GAMES COMPANY IMPORTANT= This logo design will possibly lead to a full website design, so you must create a logo that has a very stong BRAND and very strong IDENTITY. This brand will then have to be implemented in the new website
