Daily Deal Business Plan, Merchant Agreement and T&C

I am looking for a Daily Deals Business Plan, with the Merchant terms and conditions. Where merchant needs to create an account and then they can send us the requirement via online as to what product they want to sell and and at what price. I needs a merchant agreement with our terms and conditions for merchant and not for the customers. Needs a deal signing agreement with the merchant along with the terms and conditions with them.
