Greetings, I’m seeking a competitive analysis for three major apps (Stocard, FidMe, Key Ring) which focused in loyal programs cards and coupons services, what I expect is an in-depth investigation and analysis of the three competitors mentioned earlier, including the three competitor’s strengths and weaknesses in the marketplace and implement effective strategies to improve my competitive advantage and uncover their objectives and strategies in the market. The Required Deliverables are divided to two phases: please read the discerption carefully First Phase: Conduct Research Second Phase: Gather Competitive Information First Phase: Conduct Research: Provide me with valuable information about the three competitors. by answering the following: Are there any other competitors than the three I mentioned? Are they expanding? Scaling down? How long have they been in business? What are their positive attributes in the eyes of customers? What are their negative attributes in the eyes of customers? How can I distinguish my company from my competitors? Do they have a competitive advantage; if so, what is it? What is their marketing strategy? What is their promotional strategy? What are their pricing structures? Do they operate in the same geographic area? Have there been any changes in their targeted market segments? What is their size? Revenues? What is their percentage of market share? What is their total sales volume? What is their growth rate? How do they rate on: customer service? quality of product/service? hours of operations? pricing, incentives? employees? resources? Second Phase: Gather Competitive Information through Marketing Strategies: What marketing strategies do they use? Look at their advertising, public relations. through publication, frequency, special offers, product features and benefits, design and tone of the competitor’s advertisements. What kind of image do they convey? Newspaper, Magazine and Blog Articles: How competitors are planning for the future, how their organizations are running, and what new product information or innovations they have. The good and bad stuff included. Annual Reports: Provide Future plans and financial information, including sales volume, revenue increases, and their total market share. Sales Force: Reveal the competitors product/service benefits, strengths, and customer service programs through sales literature, contracts, price quotes, and other information from competitors.
