A creative architectural design is needed for a single story house with the following requirements: 1. Plot size is 80m x80m and must have concrete fence surrounding the plot. 2. House will be made of concrete. 3. Three bedrooms (one master bedroom + two normal) and one dining room 4. Dining room must have: a. Beautiful ceiling adornment with lighting design b. Creative location for hand-wash for guests along with mirror. c. Large elongated windows throughout dining room. d. Guest toilet. 5. Two bathrooms (one for master bedroom, one for other two bedrooms) a. Bathroom for master has to be spacious with shower and tub. 6. High ceilings. 7. Bedrooms and dining room has a separation door between them. 8. Bedrooms have small joint area, enough for seating, with a glass cubes in ceiling for light during the day. 9. Has a patio with seating area, which can accommodate a gazebo 10. Space for garage entrance and parking. 11. Roof should be of a modern design, suitable for solar panel installation. 12. Arrangements should be made for future second story, if possible.
