You should be able to do the following: 1- To work with tracker on 2- Give an estimate of number of hours for each task required 3- Be available all the time thru freelancer messenger or Skype 4- fast turnover of the dedicated task YOUR BID IS YOUR FINAL PRICE - NO 3D WORK IS REQUIRED ONLY 2D CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS.
