Architecture Design Siteplan

I am looking for an architect to submit for me multiple designs for a 20,000 - 30,000 and 40,000 square foot Food warehouse space that has to meet certain criteria. This building needs to have warehouse space with loading docks that tractor trailers can unload to in the back end and somewhere in the building needs to have a retail outlet that customers can come in and park their cars walk into the store and pick up product. The office/Office staff needs to be central to both the warehouse and the retail space so as to be able to work where needed when needed. Also the warehouse employees will have to constantly be picking orders for the retail customers so the doors and entrances should minimize travel time between picking up orders and having orders ready. Each warehouse design you give me - warehouses should have minimum 18 foot ceilings so we can install pallet rack systems ( 18 might not be high enough it might have to be 20-24 -) inside the freezer I want you to design the dimensions keeping in mind which style of building is cheapest to build (ie 40 ft wide vs 50 ft wide if it will save money or 120 vs 150 etc etc. also keep in mind we can put the offices in an upstairs location with windows to watch the employees working in the warehouses and completely change the size the building needs to be. Ultimately for the 40,000 square foot location I need a 15,000 square foot Freezer, 5,000 square foot refrigerated space, 10,000 square foot dry storage 4,000 square foot for the retail space, 2,500 sq foot for the office space, bathrooms, conference rooms and the other 3,500 you can get creative with, Even if you want to change the retail concept to be a store that has product stocked inside of it for people to walk around and purchase. I have wholesale food and wholesale prices I want to convince people to buy in bulk when they walk in and see the retail store For a 30,000 Sq foot warehouse design please adjust dimensions accordingly for a 20,000 sq ft design please adjust dimensions accordingly. in all warehouse designs the offices can not be less than 2500 sq foot I would like to see 5-10 different designs/layouts with different building dimensions experimenting with what i need done so I can decide what layout would work best for my business model. The warehouse distribution side has big orders that get pulled that go out on delivery trucks on pallets to restaurants and the retail outlet has small orders that go out by hand (just a few boxes) that people buy for their homes.
