audio correction - TV commercial

Hello, I recorded a TV commercial and the sound needs to be corrected. So we recorder on two sources, using 2 devices. First was sennheiser microphone Second was audiotechnica microphone You can find files attached (just 30 seconds of sound, the commercial is already edited) - freelancer sennheiser - its senheisser sound - freelancer audiotechnica - its audiotechnica. So the client likes the sennheiser sound a lot. But there is a problem with sound in 00:15-00:18. The sound is not good at all... Also the entire audio in not balanced and the sound is not exacly the same in each part (the tone) If sennheiser is not editable (we are not able to acheive a very good quality) than we can work on audiotechnica. The sound needs to be cleared, balanced, and needs to have the same tone in each part. I also attach file named freelancer_sennheiser+error_replaced. This is sennehsier sound, but the part 00:15-00:18 (error part) is replaced with audiotechnica. Maybe we could make audiotechnica sound like sennheiser in this part. Im looking for Your opinions. I really need an audio expert :) Please bid only if You checked the file and You think You are able to do the good job! My budget is 350 USD, but if You can deliver great sound quality, but need higher budget, please contact me.
