We have 20 High definition Videos (ALL in .Mov format). They are mostly desktop screenshot videos (camtasia style) show a desktop with voice audio recorded in 1024 x 768 or 800 x 600. They all need to be downloaded from our servers, converted to Flash and then uploaded under the name to our servers. The conversion has to reduce the size dramatically as some videos are 200Mb or more, but still retain excellent quality. It would require someone experienced in converting to flash videos and using advanced packages such as Sorensen Squeeze 5 or a package like that. The videos need to be displayed in resolution of around 500 x 400 (approx) and still be watchable/readable. You would then allow the videos to play on a normal webpage or a blog, much like a youtube video, etc. You would need to supply a flash player or possible some other object (shockwave/flash) etc that other video sites use.

## Platform
You should have a good understanding of how to convert videos and how to do things like reduce framerate, etc to reduce size of file, but to retain quality, etc. If you have a great understand of video technology and can demonstrate examples of work showing a converted video, that would be good.
