Audio and Video Services Needed

*Please only bid if you are able to complete this project for $30-$50. I currently have a 14 minute animated video. We just had a new voiceover (audio portion) made and I need someone to sync the new audio and make a new video. The current video is in mp4 format and I would like the new video to also be in mp4 format - the same high quality. The same animations should appear when the person is speaking the same words. You will be responsible for slowing the video up slightly in some places and speeding it up slightly in some places. Also a couple of parts of the new audio need to be removed. Also, I would like the current audio to be slightly slower and the voice to be made slightly deeper. You can do this first, and then when I approve you can move forward and create/sync the new video.
