deep and meaningful workbook

I have a WORD document that is currently 164 pages. It is? a workbook that I would like have designed prior to publishing into a book. I want to change it from A4 to A5. It is currently full colour and all layed out. I just would like it to be looked at by a professional graphic artist and for it to go to the next level of professionalism. ## Deliverables I have attached the document and would like bidders to let me know what they would like to do based on the workbooks current look and feel. The theme is water as you can see. The cover and the back cover would need to really stand out.
