Hello,
here is what I can do for you, and the approach I usually follow to enhance the résumé of my clients.
1) Look at the top third of your CV page. That's what shows in the screen of the recruiter when she/he clicks “open” on the PDF. That’s what’s going to make your first impression and - no matter what you have further down - we have to ensure that the top of that page serves as a hook that makes the hiring manager to eager to read more.
2) Make your CV shorter than one. Ideally in 1 page. Most recruiters won’t flip to a 2nd or 3rd page. You don’t have to share every single thing you did. In fact, we'll provide only highlights in the CV, and we'll tell a compelling story.
If you want to know more about me and my activity as a career transition consultant, you may check www.interview-lab.ch. Not only I accompany talents in preparing for job interviews, I also guide them in enhancing their CV, motivation letter, pitches, and presence on social media (especially Linked-In).
I'd be happy to chat with you to get to know each other, better understand, what business/position/career change you are targeting and why, , etc.
Regards, Flavia
