Appointment Setting + Lead Generation

Need an expert Appointment setter + Lead generator (Can be 2 roles). We need people that are exceptional at setting appointments through a. calls and b. emails. We also need people that can gather leads from top sites, Linkedin, and other means. Reference your experience at these roles when applying. We'll know if you truly your stuff - so prove it in your proposal. We need you to be able to understand customer needs, communicate well, and then make contacts of high quality. Have exceptional sales and marketing skills or be willing and open to training. Submit your favorite color at the top of the bid. There is a healthy commission and an hourly pay for this position. If you are familiar with Zoho, that would be great as well. We'd like a person that wants to work under our company as this will take a lot of training in order to answer questions and then update leads, maintain communication, etc. You must have the following qualities: - Exceptional communication skills - Attention to minute details - Meticulous - Take honest and open criticism - Work hard and want to improve The best people for this position will be active and want to build for themselves. If you are really good at this role, you may be called to head your own sales team in due time, and earn off any deals brought in by your staff. This is a crucial role for our team, and the best people will be motivated to succeed long-term by bringing on multiple jobs. You'll be expected to improve, and spend time to train by finding resources to increase your ability to close deals and bring on additional work. The best people for this role will be able to self-manage and work at least 4-5 days a week seeking new jobs.
