Create short and simpel 2d- animations

Hello! I run a dogschool and thinking of showing the different training methods in a animation, rather than film. I think this would bring focus more on what i want people to see. But i do not know how much work it is. I need 5 short movies. Here is one example [login to view URL] The dude make a clicking sound exactly when the dog turn, then giving a treat. Then clicking sound when the dog turn again. Any idea to make this both simple, nice looking and educational and not expensive? :) Please make a bid, and we can discuss further? Thanks.
