Animated Explained Video

We are looking to create an explainer video for our website aimed at our clients. Our clients are mainly other businesses and the nature of our business is HR solutions/Recruitment. Please refer to the attached for the content that we are willing to have in our explained video. Whilst it isn't a formal script, we're basically looking to have this presented in the following way: A presenter who will remain throughout the video and will have a voiceover. The text highlighted in yellow is what we are looking to have animated to give the video a funny feel. We're looking at a 60 - 90 secs video ideally but welcome any suggestions in relation to the length or anything else. Overall, we are looking at something that looks really interesting and engaging - Creativity is a must. Please go through the document and let me know if you need any further information.
