Create a Video - repost

Hi, I am looking to test an approach for the development of a 60-90 second video. I will supply the script (after a confidentiality agreement is executed). The successful bidder will be requested to understand the script, and the offering and then use their creativity to build an animation video that brings the script to life. I will continue to be available to provide answers and guidance as to what i'd like the output to be, but ultimately would rely on the expertise and creativity of the successful bidder. My budget is AUD5) (including all GST and other taxes) as this is a trial to identify potential creative talent. a highly impressive designer will be the default person for me to approach if i need the video to be amended, updated etc. Thanks, Z
