Catchy Short Video/Commercial

I would like someone to create me a high quality video/tv commercial, which will be catchy and will also have high potential to go viral through social media. The script, ideas, images, audio etc will be your choice, as long as its good quality and meets the requirements. The video does not have to be long, maybe at the most 1-3 minutes. Duration will be discussed depending on the video, but should not be longer than 3 minutes. The video will have aim to promote/advertise a website which is country specific targeted.
