Develop an auto lister for Mercari on Android or PC - (NO ROOT)

I am looking to pay to have an autolister created for the mobile selling app Mercari. I will need the app to function on Android os without root or for the Windows 10 PC. I have a tried a macro program and it does not work properly. The program/app should be able to auto list items with correct photos, a description, condition, select the appropriate category and pricing. It sounds fairly simple - I have some previous coding and app development experience, but cannot seem to get this correct, so I am looking for someone else. I'd like to stay around the 50-100$ mark if possible. I am starting out selling on Mercari and hope to boost some listings/sales.
