i created this app before. you can check it in my projects. My app take screenshot and check if current screenshot is different from the last one. if yes upload to ftp server. the problem with this app is that it's easy to take screenshot of your running app but it will be critical problem if you want to take screenshot of home screen. The solution is to create a native service run in background and read the framebuffer.
