Android mobile app

Basically we are building a eCommerce - Marketplace application with a Web and Mobile Presence. For Mobile platforms we need Android Phone Applications. These mobile applications will be consuming the common services created for business logic and data save and validation. These mobile applications will also interact with Payment Gateways. From your side we would like to know the timeline and cost for creation of these applications for which we will also provide the Wireframes. The scope of the applications includes the following. A. Working Application with just the consumption of services - Service creation is out of your scope. B. Payment Gateway Integration for any specific platform which we will let you know like BillDesk, CCAvenue, TechProcess , PayPal etc. Please find attached the listing of functionality expected in the mobile application.
