Android insurance calculator

I need an Android app car insurance calculator for quotations. It will be used by my in house staff to generate quotations. This will be the user flow we will be handling on the Android application: 1: Splash Screen 2: User will be shown the Page to enter customer credentials (Name, Address, Contact Details) 3: User will be shown option to select either from Private Insurance or Commercial 4: Clicking on the Private or Commercial, they will be shown three options to select from : Full Comprehensive, 3rd Party Fire & Theft, 3rd Party (In essence 6 types of policies) 5: User will be shown the Page to enter the vehicle details (Vehicle Number, Make, Model, Year of Manufacture etc.) All calculations will be done dynamically on the basis of user entry. I have these calculations on an Excel spreadsheet that i can email to you. i will walk you through the calculations on screen share or phone call. Once a premium is calculated the user will have the option to email to an email address. Also, we need to be able to get a report for all quotations done by all users at one central location /website to see how many quotations were done in a given period or day. Search quotations by customer name, or see how well a particular sales rep performed.
