Need help updating subscription based website, specifically in the following areas: 1. Re-integrate Paypal payment loop with the existing back-end. No longer working so all new subscribers need to be added and updated manually. Also, doesn't automatically de-activate their accounts when they un-subscribe. 2. Convert asp.net to HTML 5 to work across android and iOS. Develop a single code base so that current site is mobile friendly.
