craigs list ad posting

I am in the Real Estate Selling Industry in Utah USA. I do loans for folks who want to buy a home for their family. I offer a service to top realtors to list their "for sale" properties at Craigs list. I do cause I use special tactics and strategies that will get eyeballs on ads there and prompt them to "opt in" When they opt in they become a lead for our business being. someone who likely will need a real estate loan. I have one realtor who gives me up to 50 listings to post. I need help posting, managing and re posting these listings to Craigs Lists. These ads are found on the web elsewhere. Job will be to post all active ads then revisit every 48-36 hrs to repost active listings, ad new ones, and delete deactivated listings. candidate must possess HMA software to perform work. Further must visit three sites to perform mission.
