Ads posted on craigslist - open to bidding

i am looking for someone to give my website massive traffic on Craigslist,..It's has to be from US, UK or Canada. How many ads do you provide and they must stay live.. I have never bought traffic or paid craigslist ads,.So please bare with me..How much per live ad, etc..Or do you only work by the hr? .And how do I proceed..Do I give you my image ad and an ad, or the actual link..If this works fast,..I will increase it massively, but I need someone that will be prompt and workable.. if this creates income for me. I am in a crisis financially..I went through breast cancer and had to stop working for 1 year..Which has me in the hole with ALLL of my bills,.So promptness is a MUST!
