I require someone to outsource my wedding photography editing to. The files will be transferred to you as a smart preview for Adobe Lightroom and I will supply a basic preset but will require adjustments to be made to suit each photo including; White balance Exposure Crop Shadows/highlights ETC + more I am looking for someone who will take on approximately 20-30 jobs per year with approximately 600-1000 photos per job. I will also require you do do some basic training with me to teach you my style of work so you must speak fluent English, complete jobs within an agreed time period and reply to emails fast. You must supply previous work also.

I've been a photographer for over 30 years and have shot countless weddings. I also process my own B&W film and work with Lightroom and PS. You just need to show me your style and I can process them the way you like. Every photographer has their own style, mine is usually very clean and well balanced because I like my stuff to look current years from now. Some people have more of a stylized look so it just depends. I have many plugins and I can most likely give you the look you are after. Thank you, Marco
