Bookkeeper Required -- 2

This is a small tourism business based in Rwanda, specialising in bike hire. The business was purchased from the founder in November 2014 and so we do not have full accounts for that year. We have collected all of our transactions in excel spreadsheets, tracking how payments were made (e.g. cash, bank transfers, Paypal, Mobile Money), but we have not reconciled any of the data. We need to reconcile for all 3 years so that we understand our true position. We also want to identify any major errors, plus calculate how much is owed to the Managing Director who has made many cash loans to the business. Please note that there are approx 2700 individual transactions listed in three spreadsheets. All transactions have been assigned a category and a sub category (e.g. Customer Payment/Bike Hire or Customer Payment/Bike Sale) Documents to be supplied by me are: 3 x excel spreadsheets for 2014 (350 lines only), 2015, 2016. Bank statements 2016 - QIF & Excel Bank statements 2014 & 2015 - PDF (but I hope to source the data in Excel on 20th Sept)
