ASP.NET MVC 3 Website needs to be styled and themed

We need an experienced ASP.NET web designer to greatly improve the style and theme of our website - www.revoltbeginsnow.com. The website can be considered something between a blog and a news aggregator. It is simple in that it offers links to articles hosted on the site and external to the site. In future it will have a forum and other features, but right now we to establish a theme for it. The requirements are Design a prototype of the website with the new look-and-feel for the site. I am thinking about a 3-column site with fit-to-browser width. I would like to see a banner section for featured content, shadows, borders, nice fonts, etc Integrate your design into the ASP.NET MVC 3 Razor source-code The designer will need An ability to create nice looking websites Visual Studio 2008 installed on their machine An ability to use subversion through Visual Studio 2008 An ability to integrate HTML changes into an ASP.NET MVC 3 application written in C# using the Razor engine We will not accept HTML/CSS site by itself. You need to integrate your HTML/CSS into the source code Badly written HTML or CSS Novice questions about Visual Studio or source control. We need you to know what you're doing We are looking to establish a working relationship with a designer for future development. We need someone who can get the job done from start to finish and who can do it with minimal supervision. If you need clarification on the requirements please do it before your bid. Timelines for this project can be extended if progress can be shown.
