Copy from website to database

Step 1 Make a program that downloads all information about all hotels from [login to view URL] to a database. The information needed is: Country (one table) and region (one table) Which country that belongs to which area can be found here [login to view URL];pageName=hotSearch&currencyCode=SEK&locale=se Stars (the rating) Hotel name Location (what part of the city) Text about the hotel (continued after you click on a link, the whole text should be saved to a db) The different details about the hotel on detail page (in seperate columns in db) which is hotel services, practical info, activities in the area, how to find your way there. Type of room (single, double..) Cost per night friday to sunday (in SEK, should be of type money in db) Cost per night monday to thursday (in SEK, should be of type money in db) It should also download all hotel images and save them to a folder. The image name for each hotel should also be in the database. Step 2 Make a simple web page with a form that looks like the one on [login to view URL] (excluding number of children and number of adults which should be set to 2 when fetching data in step 1) that posts to a page that displays the hotels that matches the search. From date should be one week from now and to date should be another two days. The result page should have very basic layout aswell. No pagination. Simple error checking: to date should be after from date. I would like to see the search page on your development server before paying. I have more projects like this and would like to establish a good working relation with someone. I want you to use vb.net for programs and regular asp in most cases but sometimes asp.net. The code needs to be well formated with some comments. I am a developer myself and need to be able to easily make changes to it. I want you to send me the finished files including source code and a database backup, or possibly you could upload it to the live server. I would like to know how much you charge per hour for additional changes. And if I am not happy with the time you report there will be no more projects.
