Configure new website location - fix web.config file

We are relaunching a general and classifieds advertising website under a new brand name. The files are relocated on the new file server and the database is still located on the current server. We would like to get the site functioning, without any problems, again, by configuring the [login to view URL] file on the new web-server and pointing to the current database then when that is working, relocate and configure the database on the new file server. The other tasks will be to ensure that all pages and links work and we can help with that work. If the relaunching and rebranding of this site proves successful then the successful incumbent for this project can expect a lot more development work on this site and also linking in with a brand new and innovative graphical shopping environment. We expect that a competent professional will complete the first task of this work (i.e. to get the files on the new file server Communicating with the current database) within a few hours.
