ASP.NET WebService for SQL Script Synchronization

Hello, I have an ASP.NET website which runs on MS SQL Server 2005. I have a local version of that database as MS SQL Server Express 2005. I have an Windows Application where I want to implement such functionality so that My Windows application (C#.NET 2.0) can communicate with an remote ASP.NET (2.0 - C#) web service and using that webservice, my Windows Application will be able to download all the avalable data structure and data from the SQL server (may be as SQL Script or any other way) and update my local version of SQL Server Express 2005. Also my Windows application should be able to update back the remote SQL Server based on the local SQL Express database data. So, basically as a coder, you need to develop the ASP.NET (2.0 - C#) Web Service. I will expect an demo Windows application from you where you will have at least 2 buttons, one for download to local SQL express from remote SQL Server 2005., another for upload from local SQL Express to remote SQL server 2005. Please note, upload and download means, completely data structure and data.
