Create new calculator page - JavaScript vs. VB / Classic ASP

under gun on time on this - please only bid if you can have this in 1 - 2 days Need 3 Forms - similar to <[login to view URL]> - if you complete you see the basic format of the output page - Is not completely formated yet. This page is basically done except for adjusting based on State and County - rates different based on location - only 2 states and 3 county options. This is currently using a JavaScript process to do the calcs - not sure if this is best with the new process or if should be using VB - We can discuss those details once coder starts. There are about 10 different "output" estimate pages - depending on type of calc and location - Non more complicated that example. For coder that has done alot of calculator type application - this should be pretty basic. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Worker in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement). ## Platform CLassic ASP - Javascript - VB script
