professional coder with design skills needed. must be good communicator and know his/her stuff. the front page of my site needs updating - new links adding to front page also links taken out. i need a header and footer adding - i have designed this myself it just needs blending and sharpening up a bit. also need a new text page uploading and other front page text & boxs needs adding with roll over text, also need some small images adding to front page with text added on top of them(i have all the images) Navigation area needs moving and again some links adding and taken out. Need company contact details added near the footer area. i have a budget of $110 dollars and thats it.
