Directory Submission Software Needed

I am looking for someone that shoulb be able to create a directory submission software for me. The software should be semi-automatic. 1) It will submit to 10 websites at a time. 2) Recognises category automatically (as mentioned in the profile) 3) Will submit the form in the background. 4) If category is not available it will ask for display only the category and user can choose it manually. 5) If directory has captcha , it will show only captcha and user need to fill the captach. Rest everything is taken care of by the software. Have aoption to add new directories.
