cakephp project - repost

This project will consist of 2 subprojects: 1. Create basic advertising management system based on cakephp 2.3.2 using cakephp routes, conventions and build in security features. Core functionalities: - User registration - User login - Admin login - CRUD users - CRUD advertisement - ACL (Access Control List) - Dashboard overview - Generate simple payment based on advertisement - Secure https on back-end - Use twitter bootstrap for designing back-end 2. Make modifiations to cakephp croogo cms 1.5.1 and create new theme Front-end - Create a new responsive theme using html5boilerplate + twitter bootstrap as specified - Support a secondary database to shows advertisement (database from above project) Back-end - Users can only see their own posts - Possiblity to add multiple images with a post (also called a node) - Possibility to add subcategory to a post - Linking subcategory to a menu - Able to add embedded video to a post - Able to add videos - Secure https back-end - Payment generating based on posts (nodes) - Xml/Dom document parser - Able to mark a post as “most important”. This post will have a prominent place on the front-end. We only hire if u have proven cakephp experience for atleast 3+ years and you or colleague have already designed with html5boilerplate + twitter bootstrap with cakephp.
