I have an intermittent internet outages that have been plaguing me for more than a year (happens multiple times a day for ~2 minutes at a time). My ISP won't help. It's one Windows 10 PC connected via ethernet to a cable modem. It's not the cable or the ethernet card. All other devices on the network work great. This appears to be a DNS issue or a driver issue.
