I'm Art Directing a film in Woodstock and NYC and I'm looking for a freelance artist who can do large format fine art as well as street/graffiti-style art. I need this artist to do 5 murals in total, plus a sketchbook full of sketches, as the main character's offscreen talent.

I am a mentor for an independent high school robotics team who have competed at the World Championships for the past five years. I am looking to have our logo done in a graffiti style to display in our pits (possibly on our robots themselves). Since we are independent we are self funded so our budget it tight (between $30 - $125 range). I just want to surprise my guys with something that hasn't been seen at any competition. I need some graphic design. I am working on some screen printed wall hangings to be framed in 80cm diameter wooden frames. Image wise I have a deep love for David Bowie but I am rubbish at drawing! Basically I'm thinking of a multi-coloured graffiti or abstract type background with the internal edges making the silhouette of a David Bowie-esque stencil in the middle. I was wanting to get a metal poster of the three fictional characters who represent my personality. would be cool if there was some permanent imprinting on the metal as well that's relevant to the mural. Size would be A3. Hoggle from Labyrinth, Valentine McKee (Kevin Bacon's character) from Tremors prefer with a graboid, and Mark Hunter (christian slater's character) from pump up the volume maybe with the words Talk Hard, unfortunately $200 would be my max budget.
