  Great room will be 15Lx50W. Ensure that 2nd floor balcony looks over into the great room and you should be able to step through glass doors overlooking the courtyard.

     Yes because of the land issue we cannot work around this very large tree. So we must shorten the home and therefore put courtyard on SouthSide facing the road.

  Due to a new survey of the land there is a Non-movable tree. So the dimensions are now 100x50x30. The courtyard will be 35x15x20 on the south side. The third floor will cover the top of the courtyard. So it will be covered on 3 sides. Light will come in from the south side.
  This video shows an airal view of what it should look like minus the Pool. I will be happy to further define the changes for all your questions. I will attach another sketch with changes.

  This contest is not just for interior design but designing a house from scratch. This involves functional organisation, basic idea of the integration of the needed systems for a house, composition of the volumes for the different functions. Interior and exterior at this stage cannot be separated as different tasks. This is a contest for concept design of a house and the prize cannot be less that 500 Euro and the time less that 2 weeks. #increaseprize #extended

  As you continue east there is a large wall separating in the master bedroom. Bed is no the middle and facing to the East. The Balcony is to the Left or North side and the south side Leads to the gym above the garage.

  5 Bedrooms: 1 Bedroom on floor 1. 2Bedroom on 2nd floor, 2 Bedroom on 3d floor
  3rd floor consist of a small bedroom towards the front of house. The Master Suite will consist of the master bedroom that takes up the entire back of home. See video for the master bathroom in the link for interior. Coming from the west headed east, You will be able to enter the master suite from north side wall or the south side wall. It will be a hall way on both sides. What separates the two hallways are the his and her walk in closets. His on the North side and hers on the south side. The closets are seperated by the Master bathroom. That have a his and er dual rain shower.
