He disappeared. I gave him multiple chances. I would give him something to do and he would estimate 1 hour or even 20 minutes 5 hours later it would never be done. He would tell me things like it took him 5 hrs to upload a 9mb file. I would definitely not hire him again. Before I hired him i seen he had an account on rentacoder.com there were alot of very bad reviews for him. But i thought everyone needs a second chance. I tried to work with him daily. he never completed anything..Dont hire him..he will cost you time and money..he completed one thing halfway and he put it in the wrong panel and didn't even complete at ALL how we talked about it. he would sign on for a second on skype leave some excuse than sign out immediately so i couldn't respond back.. This is a note to you. i didn't want to cancel this project or leave this review i waited multiple days you did this to yourself..

Completed the work as stated, and within the time frame. Excellent use of English also.

Excellent follow-through and great communication. He bent over backwards to get this project done on time. Super fast worker and over-delivers. Would totally use him again.
