ok, no emotions, just facts - choosed Sammer because of his 100% good reviews and really hate to make this kind of review, but not to make it would be unfair to other buyers. So the outcome is - Sammer wasted over a month of my time, by making promises again and again that all is fine and that he understands all specifications and will deliver project on time. After some two or three weeks he said he can't do one of basic requirements, that was a bit of a shock, but I sent him some previouse apk and he said he has figured it out and all will be fine now, but on the last day before deadline he sent me email that he is sorry and has no time to complete my project. I asked him to send me the apk as it is, and saw that almost nothing was done there. Such was my experience.

simply the most professional developer I have worked with, he even helps to make the application even more likable and understandable to users, communication skills are beyond best, I would definitively would hire him again and may even for full time employment.
