Majed Al-Futtaim Properties. This company is one of the major real estate companies in the Middle East. My work with this company in not as an employee, rather as a supervisor and consultant for one of its projects in Yafour, Damascus. The intended project is to create a fascinating world that joins all kind of entertainment in one place, such as Hypermarket, Villas, Hotels of all grades and many more. Position and Responsibilities area of The meant work was to perform the enabling work for the Hypermarket and Parking (anas a consultant and supervisor engineer, I was responsible of assuring that the So, ).2230,000 mworks are being done according to the requested standards by the company. Those works are: 1- Excavating in locations that are higher than the desired designing level. 2- Performing laboratory tests in order to determine the compatibility of the materials that are to be used to make up levels and to get the comparable values of compaction such as Proctor and (C.B.R). 3- Performing fill embankment properly as it is stated in the company’s requested standards and compacting it to the designed compaction value. 4- Giving the approval on each and every compacted layer and allowing the execution of the next layer after performing Field Density tests for the completed layer. 5- Investigating and approving or rejecting for re-evaluating the quantities that are stated in each interim that is meant to be sent to the Owner before sending it to the financial department.
