Project Manager Scam, not a developer. BE AWARE. This "developer" is not the one who will be doing your work. He outsources your projects then tells you to pay more. Although his communication was timely, it was also a delay tactic. He did not deliver the project as described from the beginning. Had to get freelancer support involved after he asked for more money and he admitted the faults of the project was his. Don't use contests as you have no way of holding the developer reliable for the work. We use freelancer.com and like the services of most of the developers we use, but this was an overall disappointing experience.
