rewrite payment script

Worker originally thought project would be done in three days. Could not get job done and asked for additional 5 days. He spent a lot of time on project to that point, without changing anything on the payment site. Both processors simply worked the same as when he started. Upon further questioning, I realized he did not understand the definition of recurring. Consequently, he was trying to make the payment processors that already worked, do what they were already doing. Anyway, as he was obviously trying hard, I paid him anyway. Then he stated he still wanted to finish project and would get back to me on the 19th. That did not happen. If you hire this young man, be sure he understands the definitions of the wording in your request. I have a hunch had he understood this, he probably would not have bid the job. I would rate him on trust, very high. His abilities, are another story. As I believe he did not understand the scope of what he was bidding due to not understanding the word recurring, I cannot comment on his abilities when understanding a project.

Maheena is NEW to this site, as I am myself. However, neither of us are new to what we do. Speaking of my five year experience with awarding projects on Elance and other sites like RAC, I must say that Maheena has provided the most satisfying results to date. 1- Maheena is eager to participate. He made exceptions to his time schedule for communications and understands when compromise is needed to acheive goals. 2- Maheena is proficient in English and understood my typographical errors and my high-brow manner of speaking. He also alerted me when he did not understand any particular concept or communication. 3- As a worker, Maheena demonstrated the ability to isolate obstables and problems; case-in-point when my merchant account provider had unique work throughs and special requirements to get server parsing issues resolved 4- This worker is an ultra-responsible communicator. I have a BUNDLE of emails from Maheena and we typed messages constantly on Skype. This is considered a LUXURY when a worker offers this kind of availability. 5- Superb rates. I would hate to see anyone misinterpret this worker's eagerness to work -- and abuse the privilidge. Some job posters will try to push newer vWorker workers for pricing that is just unfair to anyone who does his kind of work. His prices are perhaps the lowest.. (for now)... just wait until he gains notariety!
