Documentation ( Initiating all the necessary paperwork and writing down all the necessary information about the project and preparing the SRS) Stage3. Development/Service of the project with complete status reports sent to the client at regular intervals. Final stage. Testing of the project and Delivery to the client with all the required features and functionalities.
