Call him Rob or call him "Applied Geekery" or call him a whatever you like, this guy is a true professional. The project was intricate on many levels, including logical challenges as well as installation and management issues on a platform largely out of his control. If that's not enough for intrinsic scope creep, I kept asking for more minor additions I thought of on hindsight (not that you should expect the same if you hire him) plus I suddenly had to pause the project mid-way for a month due to unforeseen circumstances.
