Responsibilities: • Focus on sourcing and/or selection of assigned positions: 1. Finance : Accounting Managers, Finance Managers, Senior Accountants, Accounting Supervisors, General Accountants, General Accounting Team Leads – BPO, Accounts Payable Managers, Audit Managers, Credit and Collection Officers and Collections Team Leader 2. Human Resource : HR Managers, Recruitment Managers, Recruitment Specialists and Recruitment Officers 3. Engineering : Engineering Manager, Project Management Head – Construction, Maintenance Planners, Electrical Supervisor and Heavy Equipment Maintenance Manager 4. Information Technology : Software Engineers – C++, Java/J2EE, PHP, C#.NET, Technical Managers, Software Project Managers, Support Engineers, System Administrators, Systems Engineers and Network Architects 5. Sales & Marketing : Product Managers – IT, Telecoms and Financial, Brand Managers – FMCG, Key Account Managers – IT and Telecoms, Regional Sales Manager, Pre-sales Engineers, Corporate Sales Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, Channel Sales Managers, Retail Management and Operations Managers, Vertical Market Development Experts, IP Network Product Solution Managers, Territory Managers, Social Media Managers and Digital Marketing Managers • Execute pre-screening and/or final phone/face to face interviews for different level posts and supports all parties in concern with assessment. • Coordinate with the Account Managers in all the demand positions of the clients. • Handle the reference check or background investigation of hired candidates. • Develop and execute programs and activities that will provide a steady flow of qualified candidates and will build the company’s database of manpower resources for pooling and endorsement to clients. • Provide relevant information on market directions and business opportunities through research and business networking.
