YoctoPetaBorg (the worker) agreed in their Worker Contract to upload all deliverables to the site by the deadline or they would forfeit the project. YoctoPetaBorg did not do so. All funds in escrow were returned to cloudharmony (the employer).

Angelbird (the employer) agreed in their Employer Contract that if their project went into arbitration, they would respond to the arbitrator's questions fully and on a timely basis, or they would forfeit the arbitration. An arbitration occurred and Angelbird did not do this.
