I have been developing training and change strategies on large projects (mainly IT) for 13 years. A large component of my work has been content development and administration for many purposes and on any field (with access to the relevant Subject Matter Experts and research). I am a native Afrikaans and English speaker and am well versed in researching methods and means by which to find answers that I do not immediately have at my disposal. Being a highly curious individual with a constant need for knowledge expansion I am self motivated and proficient at time management. I have acquired extensive systems knowledge and design experience as my curiosity or the need has required and am continuing on that journey daily.
