Diamondcross store required some crucial functionalities and a new layout design that were not available on Squarespace. To address these needs, I migrated the store to Shopify and rebuilt it using the Streamline template.

To improve the store's functionality and aesthetics, I redesigned certain aspects of the new template, such as the mobile navigation. Additionally, I incorporated several custom-built functionalities to enhance the user experience, which are not readily available with Shopify templates.

After migrating the store and implementing the necessary changes, I delivered the final result, which can be seen at https://www.ranchjacksonhole.com.

STORE MIGRATION TO SHOPIFY

Allike Store needed a website rebuild due to poor Google speed rating and multiple theme bugs on its old Shopify architecture.
To improve the store's speed, the theme and apps were two major factors to consider.

To address these issues, I rebuilt the store on Shopify's new architecture (Shopify 2.0) using the Shopify Dawn template as the starting point. I also utilized Shopify's new JavaScript-only-as-needed approach to improve the website's speed.

To further enhance the website's performance and reduce the apps' monthly costs, we removed several apps such as Langify, Boost Product Filter & Search, and Cozy Country Redirect, replacing them with custom-built solutions.

As a result of the rebuild and optimizations, Allike Store's speed significantly improved from 8% to 50+% on mobile and 20% to 96%+ on desktop. You can check out the final result here: https://allikestore.com.

SHOPIFY ONLINE STORE 2.0

When you shop with The Black Art Depot, you are purchasing from a company that not only sells art, gifts and collectibles but also values and appreciates all that they represent and understands the many ways these items can be used to improve the life of our customers.

Black Art Depot store was based on the Legacy Shopify templates and it needed a redesign and migration to the latest Shopify 2.0 Architecture. I rebuilt the store on the latest version of Shopify Expanse template, migrated all the data to the new theme and I customized every part of the store.

SHOPIFY STORE REDESIGN | 0S 2.0

Winelab is the other kind of wine company. The kind that realises that you don’t need to know a lot about wine to appreciate and enjoy it. The kind that wants to take customers on a journey of discovery that allows them to drink better wine while being kinder to the planet.

Winelab needed some of their store pages redesigned without the need to migrate to another template. I redesigned the Homepage and built several internal pages.

SHOPIFY STORE REDESIGN

Statement CLO store was initially migrated from Shopware to Shopify and the store was based on Ira Shopify template.
After a year, we redesigned the store from scratch, we built only the required sections/pages and eliminated unnecessary sections that come with general templates. The store is now on Shopify 2.0 architecture and we got a significant boost in the store speed. 60% on Mobile and 87% on Desktop.

STORE MIGRATION: SHOPWARE TO SHOPIFY

Kiwani provided an Adobe XD file for the custom design.

We started with Shopify Blockshop theme and updated the layout of the theme to meet Kiwani's custom design.
Upon launch, Kiwani sold out in one hour!

Poko Site Rebuild

This project was very complex and took longer than expected due to the amount of content, which Temitope was not providing, he was very patient with us while we completed testing and provided feedback. The site is exactly what we wanted and Temitope was professional a ever.
