Oluwamuyiwa Olasehinde holds a Bachelor’s in Dental Surgery from the prestigious Obafemi Awolowo University in Ile-Ife, Nigeria. As an intern dentist at a Semi-Urban Teaching Hospital, he showed leadership and ownership in the efficient delivery of patient care services, howbeit in a resource-poor setting. This earned him commendations from different cadres of hospital management. Muyiwa previously interned with a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company where he worked in the government relations department, assisting in policy development and management, legal duties as well as enhancing the flow in the business environment for the organization. As a student, Muyiwa held various leadership positions in volunteer organizations including being the president of the foremost religious organization on campus and being a member of the local departmental students’ representative body.
