We are a consutling compan with 2 Offices, and 6 users.
We want to tailor the already existing Dynamics crm online 2015 to our Needs
mainly using:
Contacts
Meeting notes
sales funnel
campaigns
tailor Business processes
create and implement templates for:
-offer
-invoice
-contrcat (order confirmation)
-Reports (per salesperson: Projects, lost, won, total won ytd, ytg, leads, number of customer Meetings, number of appointments made...)
NOT GOAL: product- & Price lists / accounting function
This should be set up online via (skype/teamviewer/..) with me simultanousely
(1st do not want to give Password out of Hand, 2nd want to learn to administer it)
This shall be done for 2 organisations and summary reports shall be possble to be created
